Amazon Prime Day is here. This means that from July 11th to July 12th 2023, you can score great deals on… pretty much anything. (If you’re an Amazon Prime member.) But as a publication (and credit card) dedicated to all things wellness, we’re most interested in health & wellness deals.
Luckily, there are a whole lot of them on offer. We know this because we’ve tried most of them. Every single item has been tested, approved, and/or vouched for by staff members or one of our expert reviewers, so they’re always a good buy. Now, they’re also great deals.
Check out our favorite health and wellness deals for Prime Day right here. Reminder: If you’re a Ness Card user, every Prime Day purchase will earn you 2x points.1
1. Therabody Products
A whole lotta Therabody products are deeply discounted today. We’re partial to the Theraface Pro (it’s one of our favorite facial red light devices and on sale for $349) and PowerDot (our top electronic muscle stimulation device). But we imagine that a lot of people will want to take the opportunity to score the Theragun Pro for $349—a 42% discount from its usual retail price of about $600.
2. Hyperice Normatec 3 Boots
This is a big one. These air compression boots are made for… massagin’ your lower extremities to revived muscle perfection. They’re a Ness Card reward, but if you can’t wait to save up the 80,000 points for your pair, you can snag some—plus an extra hip massaging accessory— for much less than usual. According to one happy Amazon reviewer, using them makes them “feel like I’m walking on clouds after every use.”
3. Yeti Drinking Vessels
4. Waterpik Cordless Flosser
A whole bunch of Waterpik products are up to 50% off today—including our favorite cordless water flosser. When we tested this flosser, we loved that its relatively low profile didn’t interfere with its advanced capabilities, coming with four nozzles for different stream settings. It also has a sleek design that makes it easy to hold as you irrigate your gums.
5. Magic Spoon Cereal
This high-protein, low-carb, zero-sugar breakfast cereal has our seal of approval. Taste some of its whimsical flavors—like fruity, peanut butter, cocoa, and frosted—for yourself with this rarely-on-sale variety pack.
6. Croc Slides (& More)
7. TriggerPoint GRID Foam Roller
With its hollow plastic core and EVA foam covering, the TriggerPoint GRID is a foam roller unlike any other. Our reviewer loved its textured cover, which allows you to alternate how much pressure you’re applying to your muscles. She also loved its 13-inch length, which is shorter than most but lets you devote more attention to the areas that need some sweet, sweet muscle relief.
8. Manduka Cork Yoga Block
Flow just once with this Manduka cork block, and you’ll see why it’s our favorite. It delivers everything you want in a great yoga block, thanks to what our reviewer describes as an “excellent mix” of support, comfort, and stability. Its fine-grain cork is comfortable against the skin and showed zero signs of wear during our testing period, proving that it’ll be part of your practice for years to come.
9. Lifestraw Portable Filter
Lifestraw makes our favorite filtering water bottle. If you’d like the filter without the bottle, today’s the day to get the brand’s personal filter. It removes bacteria, parasites, and microplastics, so you can drink water safely no matter where you are.
10. Dumoyi Weighted Hula Hoop
Weighted hula hoops work your core in a whole new way, from your back to your obliques. The Dumoyi is the best smart hoop we tested, thanks comfortable padded internal shock absorbers and ease of use.
11. Sunny Health & Fitness Slim Walking Pad Treadmill
When we tested under desk treadmills, this offering from Sunny Health & Fitness emerged as one of our faves. It’s exceptionally quiet and has a user-friendly design, making it an ideal partner to get some movement in during the workday.
12. Bloom Greens Powder
Tiktok-famous Bloom Greens & Superfoods powder is also on sale today. When we tested it, we liked that its formula contains fiber and probiotics, plus extracts from vegetables that may increase energy.
13. Prosource Fit Acupressure Mat
The ProsourceFit does it all: relieve muscle tension, provide stimulation to acupressure points, and increase blood circulation. No wonder it’s one of our favorite acupressure mats. Our tester says it helped relieve her chronic shoulder and back pain and caused a sense of “increased calm.” As a bonus, it comes with a matching pillow (not all acupressure mats do).
Get the ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat for $25.49 (usually about $30)
24. Peloton Guide
The Peloton app is one of our faves for treadmill running. Level up Peloton’s off-tread strength workouts by adding the Peloton Guide to the mix. This AI-powered device connects to your TV, tracks your reps, and lets you see yourself on screen so you can improve your form. “I thought it would be hard to stay motivated through the workouts but I’m pleasantly surprised that’s not the case,” writes one reviewer. “I can feel the difference already from having shaken off the doldrums of being out of shape.” (PS—almost everything from Peloton, including its bikes, are on sale too.)
